Sugar Creek Center is an office building with its stand-alone parking structure sitting in a major junction in Sugar Creek, Texas. Both structures include 5 levels of open office spaces and parking. They interconnect through a courtyard where limestone is the dominant finish. Curtain glass wraps the office building facades evenly, while the parking structure exposes its cast-in-place concrete finish.
